03What are the minimum and maximum exchange amounts?
Limits are set per exchange pair and appear beside each pair on the Exchange page. The form automatically shows the current minimum and maximum for your selection.
04How long does a transaction take?
Timing depends on verification, banking hours, blockchain confirmation, and the information supplied. Our team reviews requests promptly and sends settlement instructions by email.
05What fees do you charge?
The applicable fee is calculated as a percentage of the fiat quote amount and is displayed separately in your quote preview before submission.
06How do I track my order?
Create or sign in to your Mystic Hope account before submitting. Linked transactions appear under My Transactions with their current status and full order details.
07Is my information secure?
We use protected sessions, encrypted transport in production, restricted data access, and one-way password hashing. Settlement details are used only to process and document your request and meet legal obligations.
