These Terms of Service govern access to mystichopee.com and the over-the-counter digital asset exchange request services offered by MYSTIC HOPE LLC ("Mystic Hope," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Mystic Hope provides technology and operational support for bilateral requests to buy or sell USDC against supported fiat currencies. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or completion. We may verify details, request additional information, or decline a transaction before settlement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service on behalf of a prohibited person, from a restricted jurisdiction, or with funds derived from illegal activity.

3. Exchange process and rates

You select a pair, direction, and USDC amount and provide accurate contact and settlement information. The website displays a rate and estimated fiat amount. A valid request records the rate applied to that order, but settlement remains subject to verification, transfer availability, and compliance review.

4. Fees

The applicable service fee is shown separately before submission and recorded with your order. Your bank, payment provider, wallet provider, or blockchain network may charge additional fees that are outside our control.

5. Transfers and settlement

Do not send funds until you receive verified instructions from Mystic Hope. You are responsible for confirming wallet addresses, networks, bank details, and payment references. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, and sending an unsupported asset or using an incorrect network may result in permanent loss.

6. Cancellation and rejection

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. A request may be cancelled before funds are transferred, subject to any costs already incurred. We may reject, suspend, or cancel a request for compliance, risk, pricing, operational, or legal reasons.

7. No financial advice

Information on this website is operational and educational only. Mystic Hope does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for assessing whether a digital asset transaction is appropriate for you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Hope is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; market movements; banking delays; network congestion; third-party service failures; or errors in details supplied by you. Our aggregate liability related to a transaction will not exceed the fees paid to us for that transaction.

9. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Never share passwords, private keys, or seed phrases with us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mississippi unless applicable law requires otherwise.
